Text
Any person who shall, directly or indirectly, publish, deliver or distribute, or cause to be published, delivered or distributed, in any manner, whatsoever, any advertisement concerning lost manhood, lost vitality, impotency, sexual weakness, seminal emissions, stricture, drains, discharges, prostatic troubles, self-abuse or excessive sexual indulgences or calling attention to any medicine, article or preparation that may be used therefor, or to any person or persons from whom or any office or place at which information, treatment or advice relating to such diseases, infirmity, habit or condition may be obtained shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $100.00.
