Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 19 Dead Bodies·Art. 4 Anatomical Gifts by Holders of Drivers’ Licenses or Nondriver Identification Cards·Div. 1 Anatomical Gifts by Sworn Affidavit
The officers and employees of the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency shall be immune from any civil liability for any acts or omissions in carrying out the provisions of this division.
