Said schools, upon receiving them, and before any use is made of them, and without unnecessary mutilation or dissection shall cause them to be properly embalmed and carefully preserved and kept for a period of 60 days from the day of their reception and shall deliver them properly prepared for burial to any person mentioned and described in Section 22-19-23, who shall claim such body for burial, within or before the expiration of said period of 60 days, and satisfy the officers of said school that he or she is such a person as is, under said Section 22-19-23, entitled to said body. If, at the expiration of said 60 days, said body or bodies have not been claimed for burial in the manner and by the person or persons described in this article, said bodies shall then be used for the purposes s
