Text

The State Board of Health shall prescribe the rules and regulations under which the bodies of deceased persons may be brought into, or transported through, the state and, also, the rules and regulations under which such bodies may be transported from one point to another point in the same county or from one county to another in this state; but the said State Board of Health may, in its discretion, forbid the conveyance of the bodies of persons who have died of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases into, or through, this state or from one county to another in this state.
