§ 22-11A-93 — Tax Exemption

Alabama·Title 22 Health, Mental Health, and Environmental Control·Ch. 11A Reporting Notifiable Diseases·Art. 4 Aids Task Force of Alabama, Incorporated
All of the organizations listed in Section 22-11A-90 shall be exempt from the payment of any and all state, county, and municipal sales and use taxes.
