Of the members first appointed to the Board of Rehabilitation Services: one shall be appointed for a term of seven years; one for a term of six years; one for a term of five years; one for a term of four years; one for a term of three years; one for a term of two years; and one for a term of one year. Thereafter, terms of office shall be seven years, commencing on the first day of October and ending on the thirtieth day of September. No member shall serve more than two full seven-year terms of office. Any member appointed to fill a vacancy shall hold office for the remainder of the unexpired term.
