Text

Services that may be provided eligible persons, if not available from other sources, include:

(1)Medical care;
(2)Adjustment training;
(3)Attendant care;
(4)Prosthetic appliances;
(5)Home health care by health care teams;
(6)Home modification; provided, that no more than $1,000.00 shall be expended on any one home in any one year;
(7)Transportation; and
(8)Medical supplies.
