(a)The property described in this subsection and all buildings thereon shall be transferred to the State Board of Education. The land description is as follows: In Elmore County, beginning at the NE corner of the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of S. 32, T 19, R 17 and thence West 637.5 feet; thence South 385 feet; proceeding from that point East 500 feet; from that point East 551 feet; from that point 530 feet to the point of beginning.
(b)The State Board of Education and the state Board of Corrections shall proceed forthwith to transfer the property and buildings thereon as described in subsection (a) of this section. In the event this school ceases to give priority to the training of inmates, all of the property and buildings thereon as described in subsection (a) of this section shall revert to
