§ 16-47-199 — Rules and Regulations; Punishment of Violations; Powers of Police Officers Appointed by University President
The University of Alabama shall have the power and authority to make, establish and promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations, not in conflict with the laws of Alabama, which may be deemed for the best interest of the operation, development, protection, maintenance and management of the University of Alabama Museum, which rules and regulations shall have the force and effect of law. Such rules and regulations shall be published in printed form and shall be made available to the general public and visitors to said University of Alabama Museum. Such rules, so published, shall be received in evidence in any court in this state without further proof. A violation of any rule or regulation made, established or promulgated in accordance with the provisions of this article shall be a misdem
