§ 16-26E-2 — Definitions

For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(1)DEPARTMENT. The State Department of Education.

(2)SCHOOL. The Alabama School of Healthcare Sciences.

(3)STATE BOARD. The State Board of Education.

(4)SUPERINTENDENT. The State Superintendent of Education.
