§ 16-26D-2 — Definitions

Alabama·Title 16 Education·Ch. 26D Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering

For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(1)DEPARTMENT. The State Department of Education.

(2)SCHOOL. The Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering.

(3)STATE BOARD. The State Board of Education.

(4)SUPERINTENDENT. The State Superintendent of Education.
