Text
The Bonds shall not be general obligations of the Authority but shall be limited obligations payable solely out of the residues of the tax receipts appropriated and pledged in Section 16-16B-6. All Bonds issued by the Authority pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be solely and exclusively obligations of the Authority and shall not constitute or create an obligation or debt of the State. As security for the payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds, the Authority is hereby authorized and empowered to pledge the residues of the tax receipts that are appropriated and pledged in Section 16-16B-6 hereof for such purposes. All such pledges made by the Authority shall take precedence in the order of the adoption of the resolutions containing the pledges.
