Text
(a)The inspectors and officers of the election shall be appointed and such elections shall be held and the result of said elections shall be declared in the same manner and by the same officers as is the result of the regular elections for county officers under the general laws of the state.
(b)The election provided for in this article may be had at the time of holding any regular election within the county; and, if held at any such time, the inspectors and officers of the general election shall conduct at the same time the election herein provided for; and for such services they shall receive no compensation other than that allowed them for the holding of the general election; but if such an election is had at any other time than that of holding a regular election within the county, the
