§ 14-6A-39 — Applicability

Alabama·Title 14 Criminal Correctional and Detention Facilities·Ch. 6A Multi-County Establishment of Regional Jail Authorities·Art. 2 Multi-Municipal Establishment of Regional Jail Authoirty

Notwithstanding any provision of this article to the contrary, the provisions shall not apply to any Class 1 municipality.
