§ 14-2-36 — Exemption from Competitive Bid Laws

Alabama·Title 14 Criminal Correctional and Detention Facilities·Ch. 2 Alabama Corrections Institution Finance Authority

All leases of facilities made by the authority shall be exempt from the provisions and requirements of Chapter 16 of Title 41 of this Code.
