§ 14-12-3 — Persons Deemed Eligible to Attend Schools

Alabama·Title 14 Criminal Correctional and Detention Facilities·Ch. 12 Schools at Correctional Units

All persons incarcerated in the Board of Corrections units who are not high school graduates shall be eligible to attend such school.
