Text
The Supreme Court and the courts of appeal may employ sufficient personnel to carry out their constitutional duties payable from any funds appropriated or available to such courts. The Supreme Court, after consultation with the presiding judges of the courts of appeal, may provide, by order or rule, for the appointment, qualifications, and duties of the State Law Librarian, the Reporter of Decisions of the Supreme Court and the courts of appeal, and the personnel for the security, maintenance, and operation of the State Judicial Building, State Law Library, and the Office of Reporter of Decisions.
