Text

All fees and costs authorized by law and the Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure to be taxed and collected as cost for or fees of the Clerk of the Supreme Court shall be collected by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and paid to the treasury quarterly as other public funds. A statement of the fees paid to the treasury shall be rendered to the Department of Finance quarterly.
