Text

The state assumption of financial responsibility for the Unified Judicial System shall be phased over three fiscal years as follows:

(1)The state shall be responsible for the following beginning in the 1975-76 fiscal year: a. Salaries and expenses of the Supreme Court, the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Court of Civil Appeals; b. Salaries and expenses of the Judicial Inquiry Commission, the Court of the Judiciary, the Judicial Compensation Commission, the Permanent Study Commission on Alabama’s Judicial System and the Judicial Conference; c. Salaries and expenses of circuit judges and supernumerary and retired justices and judges; d. Salaries, including supernumerary salaries and expenses, of court reporters paid by the State of Alabama; e. Salaries and expenses of the Administrative O
