§ 12-12-50 — Definitions

As used in this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(1)BOATING VIOLATION. As defined in Section 33-5-3.

(2)TRAFFIC INFRACTION. Any violation of a statute, ordinance, or rule relating to the operation or use of motor or other vehicles or the use of streets and highways by pedestrians.
