§ 11-88-63 — Transfer and Assignment of Liens by Authorities

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 88 Water, Sewer and Fire Protection Authorities·Art. 2 Construction of Sewage Treatment or Disposal Plants, Etc., in Resort Areas by Authorities
An authority may transfer and assign such liens to the contractor or contractors who made the said improvement or improvements or to any other person.
