§ 11-81A-5 — Exemption of Securities from Taxation

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 81A Issuance of Securities in Anticipation of Receipt of Grants

All securities issued by authority of this chapter and the interest thereon shall be exempt from all taxation in the state.
