§ 11-81-66 — Bonds and Coupons Receivable for Payment of Taxes and Dues

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 81 Municipal and County Bonds·Art. 2 Municipal Bonds Generally

Such bonds and coupons shall, after the maturity thereof, be receivable in payment of all taxes and dues to the municipality issuing the same.
