§ 11-81-177 — Investment in Bonds by Executors, Trustees, Savings Banks, Etc

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 81 Municipal and County Bonds·Art. 5 Revenue Bonds for Waterworks, Gas, Sewer or Electric Systems

Bonds issued under the provisions of this article are legal investments for executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries and for savings banks and insurance companies organized under the laws of this state.
