§ 11-81-118 — Refunding of Excess Assessments - Limitation Period for Presentation of Claims; Disposition of Amounts Not Refunded
Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 81 Municipal and County Bonds·Art. 4 Public Improvement Bonds·Div. 1 Bonds for Street and Sidewalk Improvements, Sewer Systems or Other Improvements Generally
If such claims are not presented within 12 months from the date of the maturity or payment of the bonds, they shall be forever barred, and such amount shall be converted to the general revenue fund of the municipality.
