Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 70B Judicial in Rem Foreclosure Actions in Class 1 Municipalities

(a)This chapter applies only to Class 1 municipalities.

(b)This chapter shall not apply to owner-occupied property.
