§ 11-67B-7 — Liability

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 67B Abatement of Inoperable Motor Vehicles in Class 5 Municipalities with a Mayor/Commission/City Manager Government

The municipality and no official or employee of the municipality shall be liable for action taken in good faith pursuant to or in furtherance of the objectives of this chapter.
