§ 11-67B-5 — Notification to Department of Revenue

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 67B Abatement of Inoperable Motor Vehicles in Class 5 Municipalities with a Mayor/Commission/City Manager Government

The municipality shall notify the Department of Revenue of the sale or disposition of the inoperable motor vehicle on a form supplied by the Department of Revenue.
