§ 11-67-147 — Satisfaction of Weed Lien; Notice

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 67 Abatement of Weeds·Art. 7 Abatement of Grass and Weeds in Certain Class 5 Municipalities
Upon payment of the weed lien, the city clerk shall notify the county tax collecting official and may file a notice of satisfaction of weed lien in the records of the probate court.
