§ 11-54-59 — Investment in Bonds by Savings Banks and Insurance Companies

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 3 Acquisition, Etc., of Projects for Provision of Buildings and Other Facilities for Certain National Organizations

Bonds issued under the provisions of this article shall be legal investments for savings banks and insurance companies organized under the laws of this state.
