Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 3 Acquisition, Etc., of Projects for Provision of Buildings and Other Facilities for Certain National Organizations
No notice to or consent or approval by any governmental body or public officer shall be required as a prerequisite to the sale or issuance of any bonds or the making of a mortgage under the authority of this article.
