§ 11-54-192 — Provisions of Article Cumulative

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 6 Commercial Development Authorities

The provisions of this article are cumulative and shall not be deemed to repeal existing laws, except to the extent such laws are clearly inconsistent with provisions of this article.
