Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 5 Acquisition, Etc., of Projects for Promotion of Hotel Services and Other Businesses Generally in Certain Municipalities
No notice to or consent or approval by any governmental body or public officer shall be required by a prerequisite to the sale or issuance of any bonds or the making of a mortgage under the authority of this article.
