§ 11-54-149 — Bonds Made Legal Investments

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 5 Acquisition, Etc., of Projects for Promotion of Hotel Services and Other Businesses Generally in Certain Municipalities

Bonds issued under the provisions of this article shall be legal investments for saving banks and insurance companies organized under the laws of the state.
