§ 11-54-135 — Powers Cumulative

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 4 Industrial Development Boards·Div. 3 Endowment Trust Funds

The powers conferred by this division shall be cumulative of and in addition to all powers heretofore conferred on industrial development boards by the industrial development board act.
