§ 11-54-123 — Powers Cumulative

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 54 Promotion of Industry, Trade, Commerce and Pollution Control·Art. 4 Industrial Development Boards·Div. 2 Ancillary Facilities

The powers conferred by this division shall be cumulative of and in addition to all powers heretofore conferred on industrial development boards by the Industrial Development Board Act.
