Wherever used in this division, unless a different meaning clearly appears in the context, the following terms, whether used in the singular or plural, shall be given the following respective interpretations:

(1)INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD. Any public corporation now in existence or hereafter organized pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Development Board Act.
(2)INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT. a. Act No. 648 enacted at the 1949 Regular Session of the Legislature of Alabama, as amended (Division 1 of this article), and b. This chapter.
(3)ANCILLARY FACILITY. Any land and any building or other improvement thereon and all real and personal properties deemed necessary in connection therewith, including without limitation office facilities and any other necessary or appropriate
