§ 11-50-99 — Disposition of Proceeds from Sale of Bonds

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 50 Public Utilities·Art. 3 Acquisition, Operation, Etc., of Sewers or Sewer Systems by Municipalities Generally·Div. 2 Purchase of Sanitary Sewers or Sewer Systems and Assessments Therefor
The proceeds from the sale of bonds authorized to be issued by this division shall be applied only to the payment of the cost of the sewer or sewers or sewer system designated in the ordinance providing for their issue.
