§ 11-50-86 — Assignment and Transfer of Assessment Liens
Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 50 Public Utilities·Art. 3 Acquisition, Operation, Etc., of Sewers or Sewer Systems by Municipalities Generally·Div. 2 Purchase of Sanitary Sewers or Sewer Systems and Assessments Therefor
The council of each city or town may transfer and assign such assessment liens to the owner or owners of the sewer or sewers or sewer system from whom purchased or to any other person.
