§ 11-50-357 — Article to Be Liberally Construed

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 50 Public Utilities·Art. 10 Boards of Water and Sewer Commissioners

This article, being necessary for the welfare of the state and its inhabitants, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes thereof.
