§ 11-50-146 — Appointment of Clerks, Returning Officers, Etc., and Designation of Voting Places

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 50 Public Utilities·Art. 4 Sale, Lease, Etc., of Electric, Gas or Waterworks Plants by Municipalities

The managers, clerks, and returning officers of the election shall be appointed, and the voting places shall be designated by said board of aldermen or other governing body.
