§ 11-50-107 — Refunding of Excess Assessments - Limitation Period for Presentation of Claims; Disposition of Amounts Not Refunded
Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 50 Public Utilities·Art. 3 Acquisition, Operation, Etc., of Sewers or Sewer Systems by Municipalities Generally·Div. 2 Purchase of Sanitary Sewers or Sewer Systems and Assessments Therefor
If such claims be not presented within 12 months from the date of the maturity or payment of the bonds, they shall be forever barred, and such amounts shall be converted into the general revenue fund of the city or town.
