§ 11-49C-5 — Use of Funds for Personnel or Services

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 49C Joint Operation of Public Transportation, Fire Fighting, Law Enforcement, and Public Works in Class 8 Municipalities
Any municipality entering into an agreement pursuant to this chapter may expend appropriated funds for personnel or services therefor as may be within its legal power to furnish.
