§ 11-48-82 — Issuance of General Obligation Bonds, Etc., to Pay Cost of Improvements

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 48 Public Improvements and Assessments Generally·Art. 2 Street and Sewer Improvements Outside Corporate Limits of Certain Cities

Each such city shall have the same power to issue its general obligation bonds and other general obligation securities to pay the cost of public improvements constructed in the police jurisdiction of such city that it may have under any law now existing or hereafter enacted to issue general obligation bonds or other general obligation securities for payment of the cost of public improvements within the city.
All such laws relating to the issuance by any such city of general obligation bonds or other general obligation securities to pay the cost of public improvements, where all or any part of such cost is assessed or to be assessed against property located within the corporate limits of the city, shall apply to and govern the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds and other general
