§ 11-48-51 — Proceedings for Sale of Land Upon Failure of Owner to Pay Assessment, Installment or Interest — Costs of Notice and Sale Charged Against Land, Etc

The cost of such notice and sale shall constitute a charge against the property to be sold and shall be retained out of the proceeds of the sale.
