Text

A subdivision may join and cooperate with one or more other subdivisions in acquiring, providing, establishing, financing, refinancing, operating, managing, and controlling and conducting projects, making them common to the use of the subdivisions and the inhabitants thereof, and in fixing and charging fees and making rules and regulations for the conduct, management, and use thereof. All subdivisions so joining or cooperating shall jointly have the same powers and authority conferred on each by this article.
