§ 11-46-56 — Absentee Ballots - Eligibility

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 46 Elections·Art. 2 Elections in Certain Cities or Towns Having Mayor-Council Form of Government

Any qualified elector of a city or town shall be entitled to cast an absentee ballot under and pursuant to the election laws of the State of Alabama in any municipal election.
