§ 11-44E-200 — Authority to Change from Mayor/Commission/City Manager Form of Government

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 44E Adoption of Mayor/Commission/City Manager Form of Government in Class 5 Municipalities·Art. 11 Abandonment of Mayor/Commission/City Manager Form of Government
No city may change from the mayor/commission/city manager form of government within two years after adoption thereof. At the end of such period, or at any time thereafter, the city may change its form of municipal government to any form of municipal government provided by the laws of Alabama.
