§ 11-44E-187 — Inclusion of Annexed Territory into Districts

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 44E Adoption of Mayor/Commission/City Manager Form of Government in Class 5 Municipalities·Art. 10 General Provisions

Upon the adoption of any ordinance providing for the addition or deletion of territory into the city limits of the city, such ordinance shall provide for the inclusion of such territory into one of the districts of the city.
