§ 11-44D-11 — Initial Territorial Limits

Alabama·Title 11 Counties and Municipal Corporations·Ch. 44D Abandonment of Commission Form of Government in Class 6 Municipalities

The initial territorial limits of any municipality which adopts a form of government as provided by this chapter shall be the same as under its former organization.
